Job summary

EverSource Staffing is seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to provide in-person counseling in public and private NYC schools across all five boroughs. This 1099 contractor role offers flexible part-time or full-time caseloads, administrative support, and reliable, on-time pay.

Responsibilities include IEP-mandated counseling, collaborative work with educators and families, and thorough documentation using our platform; candidates must hold NYS LCSW licensure and be able to work in

Qualifications

• NYS LCSW license required.
• LMSWs not accepted.
• Experience with school-aged youth preferred.
• In-person work in NYC schools required.

Responsibilities

• Provide IEP-mandated counseling services in-person at schools.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation using the provided platform.
• Work collaboratively with educators, families, and IEP teams.
• Attend meetings and school-based conferences as needed.
• Follow all DOE and NYS counseling guidelines.
