Job summary

EverSource Staffing is hiring Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to provide in-person counseling in NYC public and private schools across Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Bronx, and Staten Island. Flexible hours, with new platform reducing paperwork time by 5+ hours weekly.

Compensation ranges from $65–$72 per hour as a 1099 contractor. Roles offer part-time or full-time flexibility, support across multiple boroughs, and strong administrative backing including billing and scheduling.

Qualifications

• NYS LCSW license required.
• No LMSWs or other license types accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide IEP-mandated counseling services in-person at schools.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation using the provided platform.
• Work collaboratively with educators, families, and IEP teams.
• Attend meetings and school-based conferences as needed.
• Follow all DOE and NYS counseling guidelines.
