Job summary

All About Kids, Inc. is recruiting School-Based Counselors for the 2026-2027 NYC DOE contract awards with increased rates. In-person services will be provided in elementary through high schools across the five boroughs.

Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC) and Licensed Psychologists are invited to apply. We help tailor caseloads and support your transition into school-based therapy from other settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold NYS license as LMHC, LCSW, or Psychologist.
• Experience with school-based therapy is preferred.
• Excellent record-keeping and IEP progress reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide services in school-based settings with students across grade levels.
• Monitor, track and report progress on IEP goals.
• Develop and maintain required documents and SESIS data.
• Deliver in-person counseling effectively.
• Develop creative goal plans to improve wellbeing.
• Maintain strong organization.
