Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling required.
• At least 1 year direct work experience.
• Must be licensed or licensable as LCSW, LCPC, or Psychologist per MT rules.
• Clinical understanding of youths with emotional challenges and learning differences.
• Ability to assess youths and families from a strengths-based view.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• NHSC slot, CE credits, supervision, licensure aid may be available.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical program supervision per MT rules and policy.
• Coordinate skill-building activities.
• Collaborate with supervisors and staff to plan and coordinate youth treatment.
• Monitor and record progress toward treatment goals.
• Participate in treatment team meetings.
