Job summary

AWARE in Great Falls, MT is seeking a LCPC/LCSW to join our full-time clinical team. The role emphasizes supervision of clinical programs, one-to-one counseling, and collaborative treatment planning to support adults, children, and families in the community.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a related field.
• Current LCPC or LCSW license required.
• Experience supervising clinical programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical program supervision per policy.
• Counsel clients one-to-one to address mental health issues.
• Interview and review records to evaluate mental conditions.
• Plan and coordinate treatment with the team.
• Monitor and record client progress toward goals.
• Refer clients to community resources as needed.
• Utilize available resources and assist other staff.
• Attend mandatory trainings and meetings.
• Develop crisis plans with caregivers and maintain 24/7 contact readiness.
• Record data accurately in EMR.
