Job summary

AWARE Inc. in Darby, MT is seeking a licensed clinician to supervise clinical programs for youth and families, coordinating skill-building activities and treatment planning as part of a full-time role.

The position offers a starting salary of $60,000–$70,000 per year, requires an advanced degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling and licensure as LCSW, LCPC, or Psychologist, with at least one year of direct experience. NHSC slot and licensure assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• At least one year direct work experience.
• Licensed or licensable as LCSW, LCPC, or Psychologist in Montana.
• Clinical understanding of youth who are emotionally challenged and have learning differences.
• Ability to assess youth and families from a strength-based perspective.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• NHSC slot and licensure assistance may be available.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical program supervision – according to Montana rules and policy.

• Collaborates with supervisors, directors, staff physicians, and other professionals to plan and coordinate treatment for youths.
• Monitors, evaluates, and records progress toward treatment goals.

• Coordinates skill-building activities.
• Collaborates with supervisors, directors, staff physicians, and other pertinent professionals to plan and coordinate treatment, drawing on experience and the needs and strengths of individual youths.
• Monitors, evaluates, and records progress of the person served with respect to treatment goals.
• Participates in treatment team meetings concerning the persons served
