Job summary

The Intervention Coordinator at PLEA School in Homestead, PA will work within the school-based Partial Hospital Program to implement IEPs and Mental Health Treatment Plans with fidelity.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field, classroom experience, ABA exposure, and clearances (ACT 33/34, FBI) plus PA Mandated Reporter Training. Pay is $45,000/year with a 10-month schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, special education, or related field is required.
• Experience in classroom setting or therapeutic milieu strongly preferred.
• Exposure to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is desired.
• ACT 33, ACT 34, and FBI Fingerprint Clearances.
• PA Mandated Reporter Training.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Execute Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and Mental Health Treatment Plans with fidelity.
• Incorporate Behavior Analytic principles into classroom management and behavior plans.
• Collaborate with school staff to support learners' progress.
