Job summary

King County Public Health – Seattle & King County is seeking a Program Manager III to oversee the School Based Partnerships Program. The role manages multiple interagency initiatives, provides technical assistance, and drives quality assurance for school-based health services.

Emphasis on culturally responsive strategies for BIPOC youth and collaboration with schools and community partners in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in planning and managing health services in school or community settings.
• Ability to communicate across levels with diverse partners and communities.
• Knowledge of equity and social justice principles as they relate to youth health.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate planning with local government, schools, and partners to develop new projects.
• Negotiate agreements with partners and funders, define sc ope and deliverables.
• Provide technical assistance and quality improvement for school-based health staff and districts.
• Manage contracting, reporting, and data submissions to ensure program quality.
• Guide portfolio design, implementation, and evaluation of school-based health services.
• Maintain relationships with community agencies to promote program goals.
