International Community Health Services (ICHS) is seeking a Community Health Worker for our School-Based program in Bellevue, WA. The role focuses on connecting youth and families to quality care through school-based health centers and primary care clinics.

You will support referrals, coordinate with school partners, and assist with insurance enrollment while contributing to community health initiatives in the Seattle/Puget Sound region.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; experience in health care settings preferred.
• One year of health care or community outreach experience required.

Responsibilities
