Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Burien, WA seeks a full‑time OB Coordinator for the Medical Clinic. Hours are 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

The OB Coordinator carries out prenatal tracking from pregnancy confirmation through six weeks postpartum, participates in daily huddles, and coordinates care with patients and the clinical team. Responsibilities include obtaining prenatal history, updating EPIC, arranging referrals, linking patients to social services, and reporting on

Qualifications

• High school diploma; continued education in health or social services preferred.
• 2 years’ experience in health and human services preferred.
• Must obtain BLS CPR within 90 days of hire and maintain CPR thereafter.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and cultural competency required.

Responsibilities

• Perform prenatal intake and obtain past medical history.
• Document information gathered during intake into EPIC.
• Manage referrals and track patient attendance.
• Coordinate with MSS and OB teams in meetings.
• Send follow-up communications and patient education.
• Advocate for patient services and connect to resources.
• Prepare monthly reports on the prenatal panel and outcomes.
