West Virginia K-12 Jobs is seeking a GameChanger Coach to serve as a bridge between their school and the GameChanger program. The role involves coordinating with school administration, faculty, students, and a designated GameChanger Specialist to implement prevention activities and maintain program data.

The position emphasizes monthly data reporting, stakeholder training, and leadership in school-level prevention efforts, including ISE lessons, GAP meetings, and peer leadership initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3 years of experience within the school community
• Demonstrated experience as a student or youth group leader in clubs, churches, or at school
• Current Driver’s license
• Endorsement from school leadership (principal)
• Master’s degree in education, public health, counseling or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Bridge between school community and GameChanger organization.
• Serve as main point of contact between school administration, faculty, students, and GameChanger Specialist.
• Collaborate with GameChanger Specialists to create, execute, and maintain the program in schools.
• Facilitate communication between school and GameChanger Specialist.
• Lead data collection efforts including surveys and pre/post-tests.
