Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 3 years of experience within the school community.
• Demonstrated experience as a student or youth group leader in clubs, churches, or at school.
• Current Driver's license is required.
• Endorsement from school leadership (principal) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between school community and GameChanger organization.
• Define and understand prevention strategies for youth.
• Attend and support data collection efforts (surveys, pre/post-tests).
• Perform monthly data collection and reporting in the school (GAP Meetings).
• Implement a monthly Prevention Activity from the National Awareness Month Calendar.
• Help build a prevention team within the school.
• Lead GAP Meetings and subcommittees with data-driven steps.
• Attend trainings and participate in PLCs with other GameChanger schools.
• Be involved in Intensive Student Education days at the elementary level.
• Complete the recommended Stigma Awareness Training.
• Develop sustainability in the school with GameChanger, e.g., teaching ISE lessons.
• Support the nonuse Peer Leadership group in middle/high schools.
