Job summary

Abrazar, Inc. seeks a full‑time SparkPoint In Schools program operator to manage SparkPointOC Case Managers and oversee 50 annual client enrollments.

You will conduct intakes, budget and credit counseling, and coordinate group financial education workshops at two Anaheim-area schools. You’ll maintain a caseload of 40–50 families, collaborate with partner organizations, track outcomes for funder reporting, and participate in ongoing trainings to strengthen financial stability services for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related professional experience.
• Experience with financial stability programs and asset development.
• Experience working with diverse populations and school staff.
• Bilingual Spanish/English.
• Must have valid California driver's license and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Manage referrals and track service delivery across partner schools.
• Enroll 50 new households within the program year.
• Coordinate financial education workshops for families.
• Maintain a caseload of 40-50 families.
• Collaborate with VITA staff to provide free tax services.
• Prepare and submit program reports and success stories.
