Job summary

360 Communities seeks a Family Support Worker for a school-based setting at Two Rivers High School in Mendota Heights, MN. This part-time role offers 20 hours per week onsite during the academic year, with benefits including paid sick and safe hours, vacation, and flexible holidays.

Qualifications include 1–2 years supporting families in crisis or isolation; a bachelor’s degree is preferred but experience can substitute. Prior high school experience is a plus, bilingual ability is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high school setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify families in need and connect them with community resources.
• Maintain confidential client records and data for evaluation.
• Collaborate with school staff to support academic success.
• Provide service coordination including home visitation and advocacy.
• Develop goals and strategies with families and follow up.
• Travel to other locations as needed.
