Job summary

360 Communities seeks a Family Support Worker to operate in a school-based setting at Mendota Elementary School and Somerset Elementary Schools in Mendota Heights, MN. The role is full-time professional, 32 hours per week, onsite, during the academic year, connecting families to community resources and supporting students' success.

Qualifications include 1–2 years of experience with families in crisis or isolation; a bachelor’s degree is preferred (experience considered in lieu of degree);

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience working with families in crisis or isolation.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience can substitute in lieu of degree.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus and will be considered in the selection process.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to the agency’s mission and to school partnerships.
• Follow mandated reporting laws for child abuse and neglect.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student success and family stability.
• Provide family intake, plan development, service coordination, and ongoing follow-up.
