Job summary

OhioGuidestone is seeking a School/ECMH Therapist to provide school-based behavioral health therapy within partnered schools in Lorain, OH. You will work under supervision to assess, plan, and deliver therapy for diverse caseloads, including young children from birth to age 6 with caregiver involvement.

The role offers supervision, training and growth opportunities in a nonprofit environment. Flexible scheduling is available to balance client needs with personal life.

Qualifications

• LSW or LCDC III, LPC, MFT license or equivalent required.
• Master’s degree or a bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
• Ability to work flexible days/evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, therapy and counseling.
• Deliver school-based behavioral health therapy within partnered schools.
• Document treatment plans and progress notes accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with caregivers and community partners to support clients.
• Attend supervision and maintain required licenses.
