Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited graduate program in a mental health field is required.
• Independent counseling license from a state, DC, US territory, or commonwealth.
• Less than 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Ability to engage with military members and families in school settings.
• Must be able to pass background checks (NACI, IRC, FBI).
• Valid U.S. driver's license where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide CYB counseling services to children of service members at DoD DoDEA and community schools.
• Deliver non-medical counseling, trainings, and parent consultations.
• Coordinate with POCs, schools, and installation command to ensure program scope.
• Enter activity data daily and maintain confidentiality and reporting accuracy.
• Support DoDEA staff, youth programs, and summer camps; provide parent training.
