Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Certified School Nurse (CSN) to support four schools across the full academic year. You will mentor building nurses, participate in IEPs as medical representative, and ensure high-quality student healthcare and advocacy.

Qualifications

• Current RN license required.
• CSN credential required.
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to navigate diverse health needs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while maintaining meticulous documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource and mentor to building nurses in all four schools.
• Attend IEP meetings as a medical representative and contribute to student plans.
• Complete comprehensive medical reviews to support special education evaluations.
• Manage completion of initial assessments and reevaluations—no ongoing caseload.
• Foster a safe and healthy school environment with best-practice student care.
