Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field preferred.
• Experience with adolescents required.
• Ability to motivate non-traditional learners and act as role model.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention and counseling services to students.
• Case management for student behavioral and academic plans.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to address needs of students.
• Provide crisis response counseling when needed.
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation.
• Assist Academic support staff in behavioral, social or emotional management.
• Develop relationships and interventions for at‑risk students.
