Job summary

Total Education Solutions (TES) Ohio is seeking a school-based Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our tight-knit OT team. This full-time role is 31 hours with potential to grow, located in Cleveland, OH.

You will provide direct therapy services to students, implement individualized treatment plans, maintain records, and collaborate with teachers and families to support student success. A strong mentorship and training program accompanies excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• License / Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Background check clearance required (BCI/FBI).
• TB test within the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy services to students with varying disabilities under OT supervision.
• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Maintain accurate student records and document progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
