Job summary

Ampersand Therapy in Marana, AZ is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for the 2026-2027 school year. This in-person, full-time role covers three sites with itinerant service delivery and a competitive $35/hour wage.

You will implement IEP goals and collaborate with school teams, teachers, and families to ensure skill carryover. Arizona COTA license and fingerprint clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona COTA License required.
• Active Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with occupational therapy services in the school setting.
• Implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings with school teams.
• Collaborate with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
