Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for the 2026-2027 school year in the Marana, AZ area. This in-person, full-time position covers three sites as an itinerant provider and focuses on school-based therapy services.

• Active Arizona COTA License.
• Active Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with occupational therapy services in the school setting.
• Implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
