Ampersand Therapy LLC in Marana, AZ is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for the 2026-2027 school year. This in-person, full-time role supports school-based services across itinerant sites in the Marana area.

You will implement IEP goals and therapy plans, collaborate with teachers and families, monitor progress, and maintain timely documentation and compliance. A passion for helping students and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona COTA license required.
• Active Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with occupational therapy services in the school setting.
• Implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
