Qualifications

• Illinois COTA license is required.

• Excellent collaboration and communication with students, staff, and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite occupational therapy services to assigned caseload.
• Partner with teachers, therapists, and support staff to implement IEPs.
• Participate in team meetings and progress reviews.
• Document treatment sessions and maintain accurate records.
