Job summary

Therapy Source, Inc. is actively seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide in-person services in a clinic-based setting for clients aged 19 months through 21 years. This is a year-round position for the current school year.

Setting is clinic-based with a Monday–Friday schedule, offering afternoon or daytime options to fit your availability. The candidate will support students’ goals through tailored therapy, participate in IEP processes, and maintain clear records.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in Virginia is required.
• Ability to obtain up-to-date clearances.
• Proof of professional liability insurance, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support the personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational goals of students through tailored therapy plans.
• Conduct evaluations and create targeted goals for students needing occupational therapy services.
• Contribute to and support students’ IEPs.
• Maintain clear and accurate records and documentation.
