Job summary

PRAIRIE VIEW INC is seeking a School-Based Case Manager focused on high school students at McPherson High School. You will provide community-based mental health services, focusing on youth strengths, life-skills development, and preparing for adulthood.

You’ll collaborate with a licensed mental health provider, document progress, and support students ages 14–18 in the school setting. This full-time role requires a valid KS driver’s license and background checks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health or related field is required.
• Understanding of typical vs. atypical child development for youth.
• Physical ability to engage in activities with children and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Support growth by identifying strengths to improve self-esteem and coping.
• Provide skill-building training for stress management and routines.
• Act as crisis support and advocate for student mental health needs within the school system.
• Collaborate with a licensed mental health provider on treatment plans.

We are looking for a dedicated Case Manager to join our team at McPherson High School.
