  • Bachelor’s degree OR 4+ years of equivalent work experience.

  • Previous case management experience preferred; experience working with children (ages 2–18) is highly helpful.

The ideal candidate brings a trauma-informed approach to every interaction and is passionate about helping vulnerable youth succeed both in and out of the classroom.

What You’ll Do
Student Support & Case Management

Provide direct case management services to students identified with behavioral health needs.

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized service plans in collaboration with students, families, and school staff.

Support students in building coping skills, emotional regulation, problem-solving, and social skills.

Maintain consistent contact with students to ensure engagement and progress toward goals.

Crisis Response & Intervention

Respond to behavioral and emotional crises within the school setting using de-escalation and trauma-informed strategies.

Provide immediate support and stabilization during high-risk situations.

Collaborate with school staff and clinical teams to ensure student safety and appropriate follow-up care.

Starting pay: $24.15/hour

Requirements

Licensure: Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable.

Compliance: Ability to pass extensive background checks (including DCF).
