Job summary

College Success Foundation in Washington state seeks an Advisor to provide college and career support to middle and high school students, guiding them from high school graduation to college enrollment. You will work with school staff, partners, and CSF colleagues to deliver targeted services and track progress.

Responsibilities include implementing CSF Pathway activities, one-on-one advising, data entry in Salesforce, and participation in trainings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in education, social work, or relevant field preferred.
Two years of experience in mentoring, youth development, education, teaching or counseling.
Experience working with diverse populations and age groups.
Alumni of CSF programming and/or scholarship recipients preferred.

Responsibilities

Implement college and career program with fidelity to the CSF Pathway model and best practices.
Deliver college and career content to promote student learning and college readiness.
Provide ongoing services such as one-on-one advising to support students' college and career readiness.
Maintain supportive relationships with students to foster social and emotional growth.
Collaborate with school principals and community partners to engage students in CSF programming.
Review student feedback and adapt programming to meet needs.
Participate in trainings and feedback sessions to improve performance.
Input data into Salesforce to monitor progress and reporting.
Attend CSF staff meetings and other required gatherings, including occasional evenings/weekends.
Track and reconcile monthly program expenses.
