Job summary

Mindfully, based out of Strongsville, OH, seeks a licensed clinician to join our School-Based Services team serving the BBHCSD. The role delivers meaningful mental health services directly within the school setting, supporting elementary-aged students with emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs.

Qualifications

Active Ohio licensure in a relevant category (LSW, LPC, MFT, LPCC, LISW, IMFT, or supervisory equivalent).
Experience in school-based, pediatric, community mental health, or outpatient settings preferred but not required.
Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff.

Responsibilities

Provide individual therapy services to elementary-aged students within the school setting.
Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation in a timely manner.
Collaborate with school personnel, families, and community resources to support student success.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and consultations as needed.
Support students experiencing emotional, behavioral, social, and mental health challenges.
Maintain compliance with ethical, professional, and organizational standards.
