Job summary

The role requires organizing a full school-year schedule (eight hours per day, five days a week) and ensuring HIPAA-compliant, confidential care with timely documentation and referrals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher required for the role.
• Preferred master’s in social work, counseling, or psychology.
• If another discipline, must show 2+ years serving vulnerable youth.

Responsibilities

• Provides client and family education, support, and care in a culturally-responsive, confidential manner.
• Follows HIPAA guidelines and maintains confidentiality at all times.
• Offers outpatient intervention/therapeutic services for students and families.
• Completes intakes and makes referrals for additional services in coordination with families.
• Conducts trainings/consultations for faculty and staff as needed.
• Documents and reports work activity to supervisors; collaborates with school/agency personnel.

Education

Master’s degree required

Master’s in social work, counseling, or psychology preferred

Master’s in other disciplines must be accompanied by at least 2 years of service to vulnerable and resilient children and youth
