Job summary

InSite Health in Nashville, TN, seeks a Licensed Clinical Therapist (LPC or LCSW) to deliver school-based mental health services via telehealth, primarily within a hybrid model. The clinician will support threat assessments, guide interventions, and coordinate return‑to‑school decisions for students across partner districts.

The role requires Tennessee licensure, a Master’s degree in a relevant field, and at least 2 years of post‑licensure clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee LPC or LCSW licensure in good standing.
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
• 2+ years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to communicate findings clearly.
• Comfortable working in a virtual/telehealth environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed clinical consultation to school teams following school‑initiated threat assessments, on request.
• Review available case information with the school team and advise on interventions, risk, and next steps.
• Support return‑to‑school decisions by consulting with staff on student readiness and conditions for return.
• Provide referral recommendations for ongoing care beyond the school’s capacity.
• All consultation is advisory in nature and supports school teams’ decision‑making.
