Job summary

Northern Pines Mental Health Center is seeking a Clinical Supervisor/ Team Lead to join our Children & Families team in Brainerd, MN. This full-time role supports Brainerd High School, Lincoln Education Center, and Brainerd Learning Center school teams.

Essential duties include supervising therapy teams, conducting intakes and evaluations, and developing treatment plans with timelines. Competitive benefits and a salary of $74,000–$83,000 are offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional in Minnesota (LICSW/LMFT/LP/PMH/LPCC) preferred.
• Master’s degree in behavioral health sciences required.
• Board Approved Clinical Supervision certification preferred.
• Full-time position with daytime hours; nights/weekends may be required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and co-facilitate individual, group, family, and crisis therapies.
• Provide intakes, evaluations, and updates to evaluations.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with timelines and family involvement.
• Provide crisis intervention services and supervise for licensure hours.
• Manage team schedules, coverage, and collaboration with schools and community partners.
• Maintain written records per policy and complete required documentation.
