Job summary

Northern Pines Mental Health Center is seeking a Clinical Supervisor/ Team Lead to support the Brainerd High School, Lincoln Education Center, and Brainerd Learning Center teams. This full-time role focuses on delivering individual, group, family, and crisis therapies, developing treatment plans, and supervising clinicians within CTSS/CCBHC guidelines.

The position requires an MN-licensed mental health professional (e.g., LICSW, LMFT, LP, PMH, LPCC), a Master's in behavioral health, and

Qualifications

• This position may be filled by a mental health professional independently licensed in the state of Minnesota (i.e. LICSW, LMFT, LP, Psychiatric Nurse, LPCC).
• Master’s degree in behavioral health sciences is required or strongly preferred.
• Certification to provide Board Approved Clinical Supervision in respective licensure is preferred.

• Provide intakes, comprehensive evaluations, and updates to evaluations.
• Develop and implement treatment plans within timelines, including family involvement and cultural considerations.
• Provide crisis intervention services as requested.
• Provide clinical supervision for supervisees and ensure licensure hours are met.
• Manage team schedules and coverage; attend multi-disciplinary team meetings.
• Partner with Program Directors to address performance issues and onboard new staff.

This full-time position will support the Brainerd High School, Lincoln Education Center, and Brainerd Learning Center school teams. Duties of this position will include, but are not limited to:Essential Functions include:Facilitate and co-facilitate individual, group, family, and crisis therapiesProvide intakes, comprehensive evaluations, and updates to evaluationsDevelop a treatment plan within the expected timelines (including the plan for family involvement/consultation and cultural considerations). Implement the treatment plan thereafterComplete a client-centered Crisis Plan within three sessionsCompletion of paperwork within expected timelinesSchedule and attend individual treatment plan reviews (every 180 days)Collaborate regularly with both staff and community partners including: schools, social services, court services, medical agencies, mental health providers, managed care organizations and the community at largeMaintain necessary written records such as individual treatment plans, case notes, assessments, program evaluations, and correspondence in accordance with NPMHC policies and procedures, and other applicable regulationsParticipate in clinical supervision and consultation in accordance with CTSS and CCBHC guidelines and attend multi-disciplinary team meetingsProvide parent/ guardian/ caregiver feedback on behalf of the child/adolescent’s involvement in treatment on a daily/ weekly basis.Provide crisis intervention services as requestedProvide clinical supervision for supervisees, per their board expectations, for licensure hours. Supervisees will be assigned as appropriateReview and sign documentation for supervisees in a timely mannerPartner with Program Directors to address performance issues with supervisees and team membersManage team schedules, including but not limited to: timecards, time-off requests, schedule adjustments, punch change requests, etc.Provide coverage for team members as needed.
