Help Group, a leading nonprofit in Los Angeles, seeks a School Based Clinical Supervisor with a Case Load for Sherman Oaks. The role oversees therapists, manages caseloads, and ensures timely documentation (Welligent, IEPs). Strong clinical supervision skills and licensing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or marriage and family counseling.
• Licensed with a minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience in the mental health field, with the ability to provide clinical supervision.
• Strong clinical skills with proven experience working with high-needs children and families.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise unlicensed and licensed therapists.
• Ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner (Welligent, IEPs, etc).
• Assigning and overseeing therapist caseloads.
• Tracking productivity and problem solve to address issues as needed.
• Crisis management/assess students when self-harm or harm to others statements are made.
• Meet with students for social emotional needs.
• Consult with team and outside providers when needed.
• Prepare IEP documentation and attend IEPs.
• Collaborate with treatment team to work on social emotional goals and behavior support plans.
• Advocate for students and families regarding social emotional assessments and counseling services/provide data to school districts.
• Responsible for staff development/lead weekly clinical dept meetings.
