Job summary

RFK Community Alliance is seeking a full-time School-Based Clinical Coordinator to provide counseling, assessments, and case management in Springfield. You will collaborate with school staff and caregivers to support students’ social-emotional growth and self-regulation.

The role includes leading program development, supervising interns, and delivering trauma-informed interventions within the school setting.

Qualifications

• Licensure: LICSW, LMHC, LCSW, School Counselor, or School Adjustment Counselor required.
• Preferred: at least 2 years of clinical experience in educational, residential, or milieu settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based counseling to individual students and groups.
• Perform assessments and case management duties.
• Consult and collaborate with school staff and caregivers.
• Deliver interventions to address lagging skills.
• Develop student goals for social-emotional, behavioral, and self-regulation skills.
• Create and maintain clinical reports, progress notes, and IEP data.
• Coordinate with Leadership Team and lead intakes when needed.
• Supervise clinical interns as required.
