Job summary

Patterns Behavioral Services, Inc. seeks compassionate staff to provide 1:1 ABA support in homes or schools across Washington State. You will collect data on progress, support communication systems, and assist with daily living tasks while collaborating with clinical teams and families.

Requirements include a high school diploma, a WA driver's license with reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 25 lbs. Prior experience with children is preferred; CBT/RBT certification is a plus.

Enthusiastic, compassionate individuals who enjoy working with children and people with disabilities to help them build independence and communication skills using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Key Details

• Pay: $29 - $32 hour (for in-school positions) depending on experience and education
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:15am-2:10pm; Friday 7:15am-12:40pm
• Location: Washington State (travel between client sites required)
