Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) for an on-site school-based role in Washington. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and provide direct services to students in collaboration with educators and families.

Qualifications include a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, active state SLP license, and ASHA CCC-SLP certification with preference for 2+ years in a school setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Active state SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
• ASHA CCC-SLP is required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and evaluations for students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and student needs.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals and accommodations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and student records in compliance with state and district guidelines.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to maximize outcomes.
• Stay informed on current best practices, research, and developments within the field of speech-language pathology.
