Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) School-Based Services | Full-Time

STRIVE Behavioral Solutions is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team providing school-based ABA and behavioral consultation services. In this role, you will work within local school settings as a STRIVE employee under contract, partnering with school districts to support students, educators, and school teams.

This position offers a high level of flexibility, with services delivered primarily within school environments and remote work for planning, documentation, and collaboration, while remaining fully integrated into the STRIVE clinical team.

Role Overview
  • Partner with school districts, administrators, teachers, and support staff to develop and implement effective behavioral supports.
  • Provide behavioral consultation, assessment, and intervention for students with a range of learning, emotional, and behavioral needs.
  • Support teachers and school teams through coaching, modeling, and evidence-based behavior strategies.
  • Collaborate with families, school staff, and STRIVE leadership to ensure consistency and meaningful outcomes.
  • Maintain STRIVE’s clinical standards while adapting ABA principles to educational settings.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and other school-appropriate evaluations.
  • Develop and support implementation of behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and classroom-based behavior supports.
  • Provide direct consultation and training to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams.
  • Monitor student progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting interventions as needed.
  • Complete timely, accurate documentation in alignment with district expectations, STRIVE standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in STRIVE team meetings, supervision, and professional development.
  • Maintain compliance with ethical standards and best practices in both clinical and educational environments.
Education, Credentials & Licensure
  • Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field required.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required and maintained in good standing.
  • Active Wisconsin licensure as a behavior analyst required.
  • Ability to travel to assigned school sites as needed.
  • Experience working within school settings or educational systems strongly preferred.
Work Structure
  • Services are provided primarily within school settings under STRIVE’s contractual partnerships with districts.
  • This role offers mostly remote flexibility for planning, documentation, and collaboration.
  • School-Based BCBAs remain fully integrated members of the STRIVE team, participating in team meetings, supervision, and professional development.
