Job summary

Strive ABA Therapy in Lowell, MA is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead in-home ABA services and oversee our team of therapists. The BCBA will design individualized treatment plans, supervise staff, and report progress to families and funding sources.

Offering flexible part-time or full-time hours, pay ranging from $85 to $100 per hour based on experience, with 25% travel preferred and a hybrid work location across multiple offices.

Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Current BACB certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
  • 2-3 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families using behavior analytic techniques across diagnoses.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design, monitor, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Provide field supervision and write performance evaluations for behavior technicians as required.
  • Develop new programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed.
  • Produce progress reports and treatment plans to meet regulatory agencies and funding sources timelines.
  • Maintain strong communication, organization, and attention to detail in all tasks.

Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Description:

Strive ABA Therapy is looking for a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team of professionals providing in-home services. The BCBA will be responsible for working with and overseeing our ABA Therapists and assessing children who present with a variety of behavioral and emotional challenges. They will also create individualized treatment plans to address each child’s needs. The BCBA should have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills as well as a proven record of effective behavior modification with incredible patience and empathy toward their clients.

Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Requirements and Responsibilities:
  • Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis

  • Current BACB certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst

  • 2-3 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families using behavior analytic technology across a variety of diagnoses
