Job summary

CCRES Educational and Behavioral Health Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Souderton Area School District for the 2026-2027 school year, in partnership with CCIU. The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus contingent on achieving 25 billable hours, with a first installment after the first billable service and a second installment 90 days after hire.

Pay is $75-$79 per hour based on BCBA experience after certification, as an independent contractor (1099).

Qualifications

• Masters in ABA or a related program and BCBA certification.
• Post-certification experience as BCBA preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, data analysis, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports.
• Develop positive behavioral supports using evidence-based interventions.
• Assess instructional needs and develop appropriate programming.
• Monitor student data and adjust programming as needed.
• Develop tools and collect progress-monitoring data on behavioral goals.
• Train staff on positive behavior support plans and monitor fidelity.

Job description

Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Souderton Area School District working in partnership with the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU) for the 2026-2027 school year.

$5,000 -Sign on bonus:

• Eligible to BCBAs in ACS that are *hired for a minimum of 25 billable hours.
• Bonus of $2,500: 1stinstallment is after the first billable service. Second installment of $2,500 issued 90 days after hire.

Pay- $75-$79 per hour based on years of experience as a BCBA after BCBA certification (independent contractor / 1099).

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results.
• Develop positive behavioral supports utilizing evidence-based interventions.
• Assess a students instructional needs and develop appropriate programming.
• Provide ongoing monitoring of student data and make programming adjustments as needed.
• Develop tools and work with staff to collect progress-monitoring data on behavioral goals.
• Train staff on positive behavior support plans and instructional programs and monitor fidelity.

Skills

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Extensive skills in behavioral assessment and positive behavior support plan development.
• Extensive knowledge of data analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team atmosphere.
• Experience working with students with autism, emotional/behavioral disorders, and/or intellectual disabilities.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA) or a related program
• BCBA certification
• Working experience after BCBA certification

*Bonus will be issued if the new hire commits to 25 billable hours, if that is not achieved in 90 days, the second installment will not be provided.
