Family of Kidz in Westbury, NY is seeking a Billing Specialist for School-Based Services. This full-time role offers a 9am-5pm schedule, with a salary of $20.00–$24.00 per hour and comprehensive benefits including insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Formación

• Billing experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel.
• 2-3 years billing experience in School Age billing preferred.
• Knowledge of Special Education is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review submitted attendance, session notes and provider invoices for compliance.
• Assist providers with billing problems and system issues.
• Help create District invoices and correspond with districts.
• Apply payments on a weekly basis and reconcile cash accounts
• Follow up with Districts for Aging Receivables; Collections
• Assist with District Contracts/Addendums/Request for Proposals
• Any ad hoc projects/reports
