Qualifications

• Master's degree required in education or related field.
• Certification in Special Education or BCBA eligibility required.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching or related experience with students with disabilities or behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support instructional staff with GPS-aligned curriculum and behavioral interventions.
• Provide direct counseling to students and groups to improve behavioral and social skills.
• Plan and deliver professional development for staff and families.
• Monitor and collect behavioral, academic, and social data to guide interventions.
• Develop Behavioral Intervention Plans and FBAs based on data.
