The Centers is seeking a School-Based Behavioral Health Therapist to complete intakes, provide counseling and coordination with school staff, parents, and students. Services will occur mainly in school, community, or home settings, with telehealth available as needed.

Qualified candidates hold a Master's degree in social work or counseling and an Ohio license (LSW/LISW or LPCC/LPCC) and must possess a valid Ohio driver's license with access to insured vehicle.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in social work or counseling with LSW/LISW or LPC/LPCC in good standing in Ohio.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with school personnel to identify students needing behavioral health services and facilitate referrals.
• Contact and meet parents/caregivers for intake, consent to treat, and psychiatric diagnostic evaluations.
• Provide individual counseling, therapeutic behavioral support, parent guidance and family interventions.
• Provide group counseling/therapeutic behavioral support/prevention groups as needed.
• Integrate behavioral health with client health needs and refer for medical, dental, psychiatric and other services.
• Ensure timely completion of clinical documentation in line with licensing and accreditation standards.
• Meet productivity expectations.
• Opportunity to be trained in Early Child Mental Health screenings and community-based services during summer months.
