Job summary

Children’s Service Center in Minersville, PA is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to join a school-based program. You will collaborate with a treatment team, implement behavioral interventions, and support families through case management in community settings.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in a human service field, have 2+ years clinical experience, and possess an RBT certificate or be willing to obtain the 40-hour training prior to working with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human service field is required.
• Two or more years work experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) certificate upon hire – 40 hour training to be completed prior to working with clientele.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Treatment Team members.
• Implement behavioral interventions under clinical supervision.
• Empower families through collaborative case management (coordinating health appointments, transportation, access to care).
• Provide telephonic crisis intervention (on-call schedule).

Education

Bachelor's degree in human service field (psychology, social work, sociology, education, or similar)
