Job summary

Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers is seeking compassionate Behavioral Health Technicians to support children and adolescents within our IBHS School-Based Program in Middleburg, PA. This position provides direct behavioral and emotional support to youth in educational settings, collaborating with clinicians, educators, and families to help students build coping skills and achieve treatment goals.

This is a full-time, in-person role with a Monday-Friday daylight schedule, offering

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children, adolescents, or individuals with behavioral health needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral support services to children and adolescents in school settings.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Assist students with emotional regulation, coping skills, and social skill development.
• Utilize positive behavioral interventions and reinforcement strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers, school personnel, clinicians, and families.
• Monitor and document client progress toward treatment goals.
• Complete required documentation, session notes, and reports in a timely manner.
