Job summary

PRO Pediatric Services in Nanticoke, PA is seeking an exceptional Behavior Technician to deliver individualized interventions within a CSBBH IBHS team on a K-12 caseload. This full-time, Monday–Friday role runs 8:00 am–3:30 pm year-round.

A Bachelor’s degree and completion of the 40-hour RBT training are required, along with experience working with children. The position offers competitive compensation based on education and experience, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human service field is required.
• Experience working with children and youth with behavioral health needs is desirable.
• Completion of the 40 Hour RBT Training, 3rd edition task list is required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate individualized interventions to clients as outlined in the treatment plan.
• Respond to crisis situations and complete incident reports as needed.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and CASSP meetings as requested.
• Transfer therapeutic skills to educational staff and families.
• Communicate regularly with families and school staff.
• Attend supervision and complete clinical notes.
