Job summary

Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) is seeking compassionate Behavioral Health Technicians to support children and adolescents in our school-based IBHS program in Bloomsburg, PA. This full-time, in-person role offers daylight hours with a pay range of $17.00–$20.00/hour based on education and experience.

The BHT provides direct behavioral support under clinical supervision, helping youth build coping skills and achieve treatment goals within educational settings while collaborating

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years experience working with children, adolescents, or individuals with behavioral health needs.
• Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and group behavioral support to children and adolescents in school settings.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Assist students with emotional regulation, coping skills, and social development.
• Utilize positive behavioral interventions and reinforcement strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers, clinicians, and families to monitor progress.
