Job summary

Arisa Health is seeking a Qualified Behavioral Health Professional (QBHP) to join our school-based program in Springdale. The ideal candidate will have experience with children and families in educational settings.

This full-time, on-site role reports to the Program Manager. Work hours are Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Duties include delivering behavioral health services per the treatment plan and documenting care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, sociology, child development, education, or a related field preferred.
• Previous work with children and families in an educational setting preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to multitask.
• The ability to work as part of a treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Provide services per the treatment plan, including behavioral support, crisis stabilization, day programs, and life skills.
• Function as part of a multidisciplinary team and communicate client progress to the team.
• Provide timely and quality documentation of clinical services.

Education
