Job summary

Kintegra Health is seeking a School-Based Therapist (LCSW, LCMHC or LMFT) in Morganton, NC. The role supports school-based behavioral health services within Burke County Schools and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team.

The position requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or related field and licensure as LCSW (A), LCMHC (A), or LMFT (A); CPR certification is also required. A sign-on bonus is offered for fully licensed candidates.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Social Work or related field required.
Experience in a school setting preferred.
Licensed as LCSW (A), LCMHC (A), or LMFT (A).
CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral health assessments and brief interventions in schools.
Provide consultation and treatment planning for school staff and families.
Develop and implement behavioral health, substance use, and chronic disease management plans.
Assist school administrators and teachers with screening, diagnosis and management.
Complete timely documentation of patient treatment and organizational operations.
Maintain licensure and coordinate with community resources.
