Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center is seeking a Behavioral Health Support Specialist to deliver Therapeutic Behavioral Services in home, school, and community settings. You will work under the Clinical Manager to implement ITP-based interventions and support youth with mental health needs.

The role involves travel to client sites, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and accurate electronic documentation in Epic.

Competenze

• High school diploma and 2+ years of experience or Bachelor's degree in related field.
• May require clinical license, certification or training.
• Preferred qualifications: Clinical documentation skills.
• Care coordination and resource linkage

Mansioni

• Provide therapeutic intervention to assigned caseload based on an Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP).
• Deliver interventions in the patient’s home, school and community environments.
• Transport patient/caregiver in personal vehicle as needed to support attendance.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team planning and training activities.
• Document therapy interventions and patient responses in Epic per state requirements.
